Preschool Routine

8.30-9.00	Children arrive
9.00	Child initiated learning
9.00	Adult led activity
10.00	Snack/Nappies
10.30	Garden Time
11.15	Singing, story time
11.30	Home
12.00	Children are welcomed for lunch club.
	Children to wash hands.
	Sociable meal time with children and adults together.
	Children are encouraged to clean and wipe their table area where they have been eating.
1.00	Garden Time
1.00	Child initiated play with planned activities (free flow inside and outside)
2.30	Tidy up time
2.40	Closing story/songs/discussion
2.50	Children collect coats, lunch boxes and pictures
3.00	One adult remains on carpet with the children.
3.00	One adult calls children and hands them individually to parent carer. Parent/carer must sign their child out of pre-school.

Parent/carers may speak with staff before or after session briefly, or to arrange for a longer meeting.
